Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers AI Bulin 47 at aibulin47.space. It describes the service’s account, generation, payment and support workflows. Third-party platforms where you post a result operate under their own policies.

Information used by the service

Account information may include your email address, name, authentication-provider identifiers, session records and support messages. Generation records include the image resource URL, quality selection, request and task IDs, task status, credit charge and generated video resource URL. We do not need a written prompt from you for this preset tool.

The image you select is first previewed locally in your browser. When you submit a generation, the service uploads it to configured object storage so the AI service can retrieve it. Do not submit sensitive or confidential photographs, or images of someone who has not agreed to this use.

Why we process information

We use account and generation information to provide requested services, maintain account security, keep task ownership and recovery working, deliver purchased credits, and answer support requests. Payment and service delivery are necessary to fulfill your requests. Fraud prevention, operational diagnostics and limited product measurement support our legitimate interests, subject to applicable privacy rights. Required accounting, dispute and safety records may be processed to meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent for optional tracking, consent is the basis and collection must respect that choice.

We do not operate a public feed of user uploads, sell submitted portraits, or use your portraits to train our own AI model. Processing by external AI providers is governed by those providers' terms; do not assume their retention or training practices are identical to ours.

Generation providers and storage

The generation workflow sends your uploaded image URL and the preset reference to EvoLink, our API integration provider, to use Seedance 2.5, a video model supplied by ByteDance. These providers process the reference media to fulfill the generation request under their applicable terms and privacy practices. SeeAPI processes uploaded image URLs for input moderation and completed provider video URLs for a sampled-frame video assessment before user delivery. The service saves generated results in its configured object storage before making them available for preview and download.

Provider-readable upload and result URLs may be publicly retrievable by anyone who has the URL. Unpredictable filenames are not an access-control guarantee. Do not distribute private image URLs. The authenticated download endpoint verifies the account that owns the task, but this does not turn underlying public storage URLs into private files.

Authentication and payments

Session cookies support sign-in and account security. An enabled external authentication provider processes sign-in information through its own service. When payment is enabled, payment processing happens through the provider offered at checkout, including Waffo Pancake when offered. That provider processes payment information under its own privacy policy. AI Bulin 47 stores order and settlement identifiers and credit records; it does not require your full payment-card details in a support message.

Browser drafts and task recovery

The studio stores a selected portrait, filename, request ID, resolution and soundtrack choice in this browser’s IndexedDB for up to 24 hours. Expired drafts are cleaned on the next studio visit; no background deletion while the browser is closed is promised. Permission is not restored automatically. Remove photo or clear site data to delete browser copies. Clearing a draft does not cancel an accepted provider request. The request ID supports returning to the existing task after sign-in or checkout.

Analytics

When optional first-party conversion tracking is enabled, the service records allowlisted event names, pseudonymous session identity, account/task IDs when needed and a referral category such as AI, direct or other. Metadata does not include photo pixels, names, passwords, full referring URLs or private support text. A category inferred from a known host is not proof of a citation in an AI answer. Other analytics services are used only if configured by the operator; their own policies apply. No automatic analytics deletion interval is currently promised.

Retention and deletion

There is no automatic deletion schedule promised by the current service. Account, transaction, support and task records can be retained to operate the service, reconcile charges and handle disputes. Uploads and videos remain in storage until removed. Third-party providers and caches follow their own retention practices.

To request deletion, open a support ticket from the account that owns the content or email support@aibulin47.space, and identify the affected uploads or tasks. We may need to verify ownership, and some transaction records may need to be retained. Removal from our storage does not remove copies you published elsewhere.

Support and content reports

Support and policy reports may include an account email, order or task reference, relevant URL and a description of the issue. We use this information to investigate billing, safety, rights or privacy concerns and respond to the sender. Avoid sending illegal attachments, passwords, full card details or unrelated private information.

Your choices and contact

Upload only media you have permission to use. Review your account information, remove unused browser drafts, and choose what you share. Send access, correction or deletion questions to support@aibulin47.space or through Contact and support. Read the Terms of Service before using the generator.

Security and international processing

Account access and task download endpoints require authentication and ownership checks. Credentials and provider secrets are restricted to the server; traffic uses HTTPS. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. Public storage URLs remain subject to the disclosure above.

Cloudflare supplies hosting and configured object storage. EvoLink, ByteDance, SeeAPI, payment and authentication providers may process data in countries other than yours. Transfers are subject to the safeguards and obligations applicable to the operator and each provider. Do not submit confidential media you cannot permit these services to process.

Privacy rights and children

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of information associated with you. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can raise a complaint with the relevant privacy authority. Contact support from your account email with the affected account or task reference; we may verify ownership and explain any legal reason some records must be kept.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over and does not permit portraits of minors. If you believe a minor has supplied personal information, contact us so the record can be investigated and handled under applicable law.

Policy updates

We publish the effective date above and update this policy when the service's data practices change. Material changes are communicated through the website or available account contact. Questions and rights requests use support@aibulin47.space.
