Credit packs and current availability
Single: $6.90 / 100 credits. Starter: $9.90 / 300 credits. Creator: $24.90 / 900 credits. All packs are one-time USD purchases, with no automatic renewal or top-up; purchased credits do not expire. Standard 480p uses 100 credits, HD 720p uses 200. Review the final total and any applicable taxes before confirming payment. Waffo Pancake processes payments when offered at checkout, and credits are granted after payment confirmation.
Failed tasks and unresolved requests
A confirmed rejected or failed generation returns reserved credits once. This is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. An uncertain submission or video waiting for storage must be checked or retried under the existing task identity. Do not create another paid request to fix a network error. A successful video with aesthetic differences or artifacts is not automatically a technical failure.
Billing review and refund requests
For a mistaken charge, duplicate payment, undelivered credits or another refund request, contact support@aibulin47.space with the order number, account email and reason. Do not send card details or passwords. Requests are reviewed against payment, delivery and usage records and applicable consumer rights; a request does not automatically approve a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
